PRINCESS is an Autocar produced M3 Half-track that was also delivered in 1943 as an M15. In
1952, it was converted to an M16A1, but later it was converted back to an M3 in Hollywood.
There, it appeared in several movies including Tobruck, Raid on Rommel and Midway,
and it was also used for some TV work in shows like the Bionic Woman and a PBS Ernie Pyle
documentary.
PRINCESS is owned by Ron Leatherman from Indiana, and has participated in 15 re-enactment
battles. It is part of the "Victory" 5th Armored Re-enactors, who are members of the 20th
