Engine blocks and heads are dis-assembled, totally cleaned and magnafluxed. Blocks are overbored and honed, align bored if necessary, cranks turned and rods reconditioned. New pistons, rings, bearings, lifters, timing components, gaskets, oil pumps and camshafts are installed.
Cylinder heads are magnafluxed, springs checked for tension, valves are hand cleaned and polished and measured for proper specs. All valves are checked for size and replaced if necessary. Every head recieves a three-angle valve grind with new guides and all heads are milled.
After assembly the engine is placed on a Simtest machine. Motors are used to turn the engine to check for oil pressure and compression.
All engines are painted to the original factory color unless otherwise specified by the customer.
